Meet the Leadership Behind Round Table Solutions!

Nathan (Nat) Carroll, Founder/Manager

Nat Carroll has built an extensive career in consulting, safety and risk management, communication, and training. As an executive of Insure Compliance LLC (Business Development, CEO), Nat’s leadership helped shape the company’s growth, impact, and reputation in the industry. Nat was also a board member of American Subcontractors Association of Arizona (ASA), Construction Financial Management Association of Arizona (CFMA), and the American Roofing Contractors Association of Arizona (ARCA).

His entrepreneurial spirit also led Nat to co-found several more successful ventures, including WorkSmart Gear (a PPE company) and a home care business focused on delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

He earned his BA in Communication from Arizona State University and is fluent in Spanish. His service mission in the Dominican Republic continues to influence his leadership style, emphasizing connection and collaboration.

When he’s not bringing business dreams to life, you’ll likely find Nat reading historic philosophies or classic fantasy, enjoying a round of golf, or spending time with his family—his greatest joy. Nat lives a life of intention, honor, and balance—where professional excellence and personal values walk hand in hand.

Arielle (Rel) Carroll, CEO/Founder

Rel brings nearly twenty years of experience across education, curriculum design, entrepreneurial leadership, the performing arts, and publishing. She’s passionate about collaboration and blending creative strategy with operational structure—managing projects that turn big ideas into solutions with lasting impact. She also leads The VivaTec Project, a collaboration to build profit-share businesses with the belief that “as we live better, we give better.”

Rel earned her BA in Theatre, Voice Artist certification, and is fluent in American Sign Language. Her creative work, published and produced by RomanSnail, reflects her passion for storytelling on both the stage and the page.

When she’s not collaborating with clients or writing her next novel, you’ll likely find Rel in cozy knit socks enjoying spicy dark chocolate accompanied by one of her many rescue animals. Rel lives with her husband and son in the Shenandoah Valley and volunteers as a youth minister in her community.
